CursorTalk1. Operator information
CursorTalk is the trading name used for this product. It is operated under the public business name AXXSHEN Software. The legal business name operating CursorTalk is axxshen. Public development information is available on GitHub.
2. Agreement
By accessing the CursorTalk website, downloading the app, starting a free trial, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. CursorTalk may update these terms as the product and checkout flow evolve.
3. License scope
CursorTalk currently offers a 7-day free trial and a one-time single-mac license. A valid purchase unlocks use of CursorTalk on the number of devices shown at checkout and in the app. Resale, unauthorized sharing, and attempts to bypass device limits are not permitted.
4. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Taxes, local currency conversion, and final totals are shown during checkout before payment is collected. License delivery depends on a successful payment confirmation and backend provisioning flow.
5. Trial and anti-abuse controls
To run the free trial and enforce one-time licensing fairly, CursorTalk may store installation identifiers, hardware identifiers, device names, license activations, and entitlement refresh metadata. Attempts to evade trial or activation limits may result in access being limited or revoked.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CursorTalk to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, reverse engineer the service provisioning flow, or interfere with Paddle, Supabase, or the product's licensing systems.
7. Availability and changes
CursorTalk is provided on an ongoing basis, but features, supported languages, trial rules, and license behavior may change over time. We may suspend or limit access if necessary for fraud prevention, abuse control, maintenance, or legal compliance.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the published refund policy. If a refund is granted, the related license key or activation may be deactivated.
9. Warranty and liability
CursorTalk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license.
