Refunds for CursorTalk licenses

CursorTalk is sold as a one-time license through Paddle as merchant of record. This page describes the refund window and how refunded purchases affect access.

1. Refund window

Customers who purchase CursorTalk through Paddle may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Paddle processes payments as merchant of record and refund handling is aligned with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact support@cursortalk.app with your Paddle receipt email or transaction reference, or use the support/contact options available through Paddle.

3. Effect of a refund

If a refund is granted, the related license key, activation, or entitlement may be deactivated and access to paid features may stop.

4. Business information

CursorTalk is operated under the public business name AXXSHEN Software. The legal business name for this product is axxshen. Public development information is available on GitHub.
