2. Local-first product principle
CursorTalk processes spoken audio locally on your Mac. We do not send your voice recordings or transcribed text to our servers for cloud transcription.
3. Voice data
Your spoken audio is processed on-device during normal use. Your voice data is not uploaded to our cloud and is not stored by us as part of the transcription process.
4. Temporary local files
During recording, CursorTalk may create a temporary local audio file on your Mac so it can complete transcription. That temporary file is used only for local processing and is deleted automatically after transcription finishes.
5. Website and payment data
If you visit the website, your hosting provider may generate basic delivery or server logs. If you buy CursorTalk, Paddle may process billing and transaction information such as your email address, payment details, and purchase records.
6. Retention
We do not retain your voice recordings or transcribed text on our servers as part of normal app use. Website logs, billing records, and support emails may be retained for operational, legal, and support purposes.
